Empowerment

Empowerment is one of the pillars of Bay Engineering. The company entered into the partnership with The Black Industrialists Group with the vision to create an empowered company that exceeds the market demand, addresses the past and provides a vehicle for growth and inclusivity into the future.

This deal created a 51% black owned company that has grown in size from a QSE to a large company and still meets the requirements for all the pillars in the scorecard and maintains a level 2 for BBBEE purposes.

In 2023, Inqolobane Investment Fund 1 Partnership took over this mantle from The Black Industrialists Group with the same vision, values and objectives envisioned in the original partnership.

Inqolobane Industries (Pty) Ltd further enhances these ideals and specifically provides for previously disadvantaged individuals.
