Our inspection methods and ongoing training provide the inspection protocols for the correct use of our sophisticated Cimcore 3D Arm and conventional measuring instruments to ensure products are accurately and correctly measured. We can do so down to 10 microns. Work is inspected at all stages of manufacture and upon completion, prior to delivery to our customers.
Our in-house inspection software and database allows us post final inspection to provide, if requested, detailed inspection reports of all drawing sizes for any component produced in a production run.
Our commitment to customer specification and inspection requirements means that we currently hold over 200 instruments and gauges to ensure accuracy within our manufacturing process. All measuring instruments and gauges are calibrated or verified as appropriate on a scheduled basis to ensure measuring accuracy and to comply with our ISO standards.
